Vanadium Oxide (V2O5) Sputtering Targets
Vanadium oxide (vanadia) is the inorganic compound with the formula V2O5. Commonly known as vanadium pentoxide, it is a brown/yellow solid, although when freshly precipitated from an aqueous solution, its color is deep orange. Because of its high oxidation state, it is both an amphoteric oxide and an oxidizing agent. From the industrial perspective, it is the most crucial vanadium compound, and being the principal precursor to alloys of vanadium is a widely used industrial catalyst.
Our Vanadium oxide (V2O5) sputtering target are available in a variety of sizes and shape in rotary, planar or cycle.
