Aluminum Oxide Sputtering Targets (Al2O3)
Aluminium oxide (British English) or aluminum oxide (American English) is a chemical compound of aluminum and oxygen with the chemical formula Al2O3. It is the most commonly occurring of several aluminum oxides and identified explicitly as Aluminum(III) oxide. It is frequently called alumina and may also be called alkoxide, aloxite, or alundum, depending on particular forms or applications. It occurs naturally in its crystalline polymorphic phase. Al2O3 as the mineral corundum, varieties of which form the precious gemstones ruby and sapphire. Al2O3 is significant in producing aluminum metal as an abrasive due to its hardness and refractory material due to its high melting point.
Our Aluminium oxide sputtering target are available in a variety of sizes and shape in planar or cycle.
